Clamping Systems
Use high-rigidity thick platen to reduce deformation due to mold
expanding; optimized five-point toggle clamping mechanism to
realize uniform load on platen,with stable and rapid movement.
Apply high strength compression wear-resistantself-lubricating
bearing to lock shaft and pull rod to reduce impact and to increase
service life; longer platen guide mechanism to have stable platen
movement, higher mould opening precision and convenient picking of
mechanical arm; volumetric rationing dilute oil lubricating to
optimize lubrication distribution and to reduce lubrication
consumption; pull rod and lock shaft made of enhanced high-quality
alloy steel to greatly increase service life.
