Our plastic injection molding machine has moving platen featuring
box type bridge structure and full-connected rear high-rigidity
mold platen. Through finite element analysis, it can prevent
deforming of mold platen, resist against fatigue, have high
repetition accuracy, distribute mold closing force uniformly,
greatly increase mold's service life and reduce the molded parts
cost.
Clamping unit:
Our injection molding machine adopts the internal rolling 5 point
double elbowbar clamp structure, which greatly improves the
stiffness and precision of the clamp unit. Adopt box type bridge
structure, dynamic pressing plate, high rigidity continuous back
pressing plate, reinforced by finite element analysis, ensure mould
pressing plate is not deformed, durable. Our rods are made of high
quality structural alloy steel and plated with hard chrome for high
mechanical strength and fatigue strength. The machine is equipped
with low pressure mold protection device. The machine has
multilevel control of clamping pressure, speed and position. Our
machine uses hydraulic oil motor to drive the gear ring to adjust
the thickness of the mold. There are several hydraulic ejection
modes.
Injection unit:
Our injection molding machine adopts double guide column and double
cylinder balance injection device to ensure the screw in the
process of injection and forward balanced force. High quality
nitride screw or chrome plated screw, nitride screw barrel,
corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, greatly improve the
service life of the machine. Fine tuning nozzle centering. High
torque hydraulic motor drive screw premolding. A variety of
injection speed, pressure and position Settings are adjustable.
According to the different properties of engineering plastics,
